As part of Rhino Bins and Rhino the Wrecker (VIC), we’re already committed to recovering, recycling and repurposing materials that others throw away.
Our transfer station processes a wide range of recyclable materials every day, and quality Redgum timber is one resource we simply couldn’t ignore.
Rather than sending it to landfill, we recover each piece, remove contaminants, process it and prepare it as premium firewood ready for homes across Melbourne.
It’s better for the environment and gives customers confidence they’re buying quality firewood with a purpose.

About our Firewood
Absolutely.
Our firewood is carefully recovered, sorted and processed before being cut and split for sale. Only suitable untreated Redgum timber is used as firewood.
Our Redgum is recovered through the recycling operations of Rhino Bins and Rhino the Wrecker (VIC). Rather than ending up in landfill, suitable timber is processed into premium firewood.
We deliver throughout Melbourne.
Delivery charges are:
- $25 within 5km
- $50 for deliveries beyond 5km
